We are seeking a talented and motivated Engagement Operations Specialist to join our Engagement Operations team supporting our Assurance service line. This role will be based primarily out of our Akron, Ohio office.
Our Engagement Operations Services team provides centralized operational support to engagement teams across the Firm. Partnering closely with the Assurance service line, this role focuses on driving efficiency, enhancing quality, and supporting margin optimization in the delivery of client services. With a continuous improvement mindset, the team is committed to strengthening processes and delivery quality through innovation, collaboration, and ongoing learning.
Responsibilities may vary throughout the year based on business cycles and include:
Preparing engagement letters
Processing electronic engagement letters and correspondence using DocuSign
Managing electronic document tracking and agreements
Preparing and reviewing consents and coordinating communication with administrators
Editing, formatting, and finalizing Board Books
Preparing Board Books and related correspondence
Handling a variety of recurring and ad hoc requests as business needs arise
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a business operations, administrative, or professional services support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; overall strong computer skills
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Growth-oriented, problem-solving mindset
Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods, including some evenings and Saturdays
